Although the website is long overdue a new look, I've realised there's so much information out there about the Mish, so it's gonna take some time - I'll probably get the main stuff out there first and then follow up with the archives. When things get going I'll share more info.
In the meantime I'll post stuff up here from my archives including stuff that would never normally see the light of day.
First off here's one of the early designs for the site banner

MWIS has an announcement service that keeps you up to date with the the latest news, events, shows, etc. as soon as news happens it's sent direct to your inbox! To subscribe, enter your email in the box provided on the home page in the community section.
Alternatively send a blank email to missionuk-subscribe@topica.com
To unsubscribe, send an email to missionuk-unsubscribe@topica.
If you want to change email address first unsubscribe from Topica using your old email address then subscribe using the new one.
Note you cannot send emails to this list
There are also several Mission email groups that are available at YahooGroups.

Just noticed there might be a spelling mistake in the Mission Merchandise bit on the main page but am prepared to stand corrected!
"The Merchandise Store has Mission T-Shirts,
CD's, Vinyls and some occaisional rare treats!"
Shouldn't it be 'occasional'??
Do i get a prize for being so sharp?

Re: Topica Mish information Service - Has this been updated? I had already signed up to Topica months ago, although have yet to have any information sent. Just curious in case I need to "sign up" again! Don't want to miss out on info about the new album and next year's tour dates!!!

Hello Blue Calder, I believe the announcement service is still working. You could try re-subscribing if you feel you may be having some problems. I'm sure you wont miss out on any news about the band if you check back here often.

Progress report: nada
unfortunately I've been caught up in my real world job, which is changing over the next few months, moving away from java dev and system architecture. Also I was commissioned to write a website for a training company (www.c7solutions.com) - they still haven't put my site up as they are argueing about wording ;), wrote a website for a record producer friend (www.idylliccountrycottages.com) and also tweaked some work on a long term project (www.tobinjones.com) as I needed some work done to my house, so I scratch their back....
HOWEVER, that said I've cleared the decks of all my side projects and have finished Half Life 2...unfortunately Grand Turismo 4 is out shortly  ...
