Hello all
A long time heartlander, but other than that never much of a forum type person. Regardless, I'm a big Mission fan (well, actually I'm more medium sized, being about 5'9") and a very nice man suggested that I sign up here. So here I am.
My name is Maisey. I like to go watch bands. When I'm not doing that I play in my own band. We're called Legion (www.legion-music.co.uk).
When I'm not in a music-centric universe I look at rocks at The Univerity Of Leeds, in the form of a Geology Student.
Some of you may have seen me, sans shirt, at Sheperds Bush last year.
Right now I am listening to "Gods Take Dust" by Suspiria.
I realise The Mission have called it a day, thus the subject of my first post. None-the-less I caught them live a few times before the final hour and I figure that many of you will surface elsewhere at some point (unless of course music starts and ends with Wayne Hussey in your own cosmos, which is fair enough).
Be gentle.

Seem to remember your band mentioned in conversation before as someone to go see. Welcome to the forum.

Depends what you mean by you with the long hair! Plenty of Missionaries have long hair ;)

Hello and welcome from Belfast
I think I remember your name from around here recently - was it the aftershow party thing for the Islington gig?
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ There's nothing I want more than the searing heat I felt with you before. ++++++++++++++++++++++++ Born of the sign of air and the Twins. ++++++++++++++++++++++++ As the sky is touched by the first sigh of morning light ++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Jo. |

That could well be it, yes. I didn't organise it but I certainly put the Mish crew in touch with the Vagabonds crew. I hope everyone that went enjoyed themselves

Alright Maisey. I've seen you posting on My Heartland. Nice to see you on here.
I don't know about plenty of Missionaries having long hair! Plenty of us did once upon a time.
Did you enjoy the Sisters last week?
