Dimmer switch/light rose in the front room.
Now that's another flippin job I have to do !
I hate doing anything electrical. Even though I turn off the whole fuse box,I'm always scared I'll blow the blummin house up !

Be advised...lose the dimmer switch, they can cause fires. Also never leave anything on standby.
Just ask Keith Flint, he'll tell ya it's true.

I do wonna get rid of the dimmer. You can't put those eco friendly energy saving bulbs in and it's getting harder and harder to find a "proper light bulb".

Elsie passed the MOT today....went to apply for Tax and discovered my insurance company hasn't updated their database which in turn hasn't updated the askMID database, leaving the DVLA to say beat it sonny...you're not insured.

Received insurance certificates three days after being told I would get them next day...dated to start 14/06/2013. Try calling insurance...listen to classical music for ten minutes...hang up. Bang off an email to them. Call insurance again a few hours later.... listen to more classical music.
Wait two days...call again to listen to classical music. Bang off a Mr Angry email.
It's now been fourteen days with no insurance cover, so can't ride any of my bikes. The plan is to call again to see if they are still playing the same classical music. I wonder what they would say if I called to make a claim?
