The Mish have no issue with people recording shows as long as they are not sold on for profit, so it's either been reported to Ebay, or the management so the item is pulled.
Same thing happened a few years ago with as DVD of the performance at the Forum in London. In that instance a copy was obtained and sent out to any fan that wanted a copy for the price of a blank DVR and postage.

your making me feel guilty for wanting to bid!!!
I can understand what you saying if its been produced on mass production, but fans want to have these things especially if it was a gig they went to and on ebay your only going to bid what your prepared to pay so whats the big deal |

I'm sure someone will come along pretty soon and offer a free copy or download of this recording.

i think the worst aspect of this, is that it is not described as a bootleg, and looks kind of official. Part of me wants to hear it, but mostly I want to just remember the gig as it is in my little mind.
..Final Chapter , my arse!!!

| Karst, how does it work if you have nothing to trade, as I'm only interested in the shows I've been to |

I have managed to contact the ebay seller and he is going to do me a copy for the price of a couple of blank cd's. He has told me that he pulled the listing of his own accord after reading this forum as he is a fan, seems like a nice chap.
so now I'll have something to trade!!! |

If he was a fan he wouldn't be ripping the band off by selling it in the first place.

Stupid are we? Did you bother to look at his other sale items? Quite a few bootlegs on offer.
He not only tried to sell something that wasn't his, he did it without permission and used the T-shirt logo which someone pointed out made it appear to be a legitimate recording.
Fan my arse.
